Celebrating Black Creativity: The Fourth Annual Black Makers & Creatives Event
Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle’s Southport is gearing up to host the Fourth Annual Black Makers & Creatives event on March 1. This vibrant gathering aims to shine a light on the creativity, culture, and talent of Black artists and creators within the greater Seattle area. Importantly, all proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the Family First Community Center, a nonprofit based in Renton, founded by former Seattle Seahawks player Doug Baldwin Jr. This collaboration underscores the event’s commitment to creating a positive impact in the community.

Notable contributors to this artistic showcase include Monae Brown from Moes Art Gallery and Chloe Morris of Couture Creations by Chloe, each offering unique interpretations of Black culture through their art and design.

Attendees can savor delicious offerings from Soul Fusion Food, Sansinos Catering, and On Blended Knee, a delightful winery based in Woodinville.
